This sweepstakes is open only to laboratory professionals who are residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), 18 years of age or older.  Limit one (1) game play per person and per email address per day.  Multiple game play attempts from the same person or email address in the same day will be rejected.    Employees and members of their immediate families and households of Sponsor Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC. (Roswell, GA), its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, parents, advertising and sweepstakes agencies, employees of Federal, state and local governments, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this promotion are not eligible.  THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO, QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED. 

 

SCHEDULE

 

Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time EDT on July 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).  Each “day” is a calendar day based on EDT.   

 

HOW TO PLAY

 

Navigate the Internet to www.kimtech.com/winningworld between 12:00:01 am EDT July 1, 2008 and 11:59:59 pm ET June 30, 2009 and click on the link on the Home Page to be connected to the KIMTECH* Winning World Instant Win Game. Complete all requested information.  Once you have completed the required information, follow the on-screen instructions to play. After your online game play, you will be instantly notified whether you are a potential winner.  All potential winners and game plays are subject to validation.  You are not a winner until your prize claim has been validated by the judging organization.  No screen shots of winning messages or any other suggestion of winning in lieu of validation process will be accepted.

 

If you don’t win one day, play again the next day for another chance to win.    By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judging organization, which are final. You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and you receive official written notification from the judges. Promotion materials and submissions void if illegible, incomplete, forged, reproduced, mutilated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, or if they contain errors.  No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.  If, due to errors, valid prize claims could be made for more prizes than offered in the Official Rules, Sponsor will award only the stated number of prizes (not previously awarded) at random among persons submitting validated claims. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered mail or game plays/entries; or for problems with mail or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections; or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the proper conduct of the promotion.  Game plays/entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or theft.  By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. In event of dispute as to identity of any entrant, name submitted online at the time of entry governs.  Entries by automatic, programmed or like methods will be disqualified. PRIZEs/Odds of Winning

 

One (1) Grand Prize:   $10,000US cash which can be used for a trip anywhere in the world. Twelve (12) Monthly Instant Win Prizes: Twelve (12) Monthly Prizes:  $500US Prepaid VISA® Card.; Fifty-two (52) Weekly Instant Win Prizes:  $100US Prepaid VISA® Card. 

 

Odds of winning any monthly or weekly prize depend upon timing and number of game plays received that week or month.  Odds of winning Grand Prize depend upon number of game plays/entries received during entire Promotion Period.   Prizes may not be substituted or transferred. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for his/her own travel arrangements and documentation.  Allow 6-8 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize. Winner must comply with his/her company’s policy regarding acceptance of Prize. VISA® is not a sponsor of this promotion.

Weekly Instant Win Prizes:  One weekly instant prize winner will be randomly selected during each week during the Promotion Period based on timing of game plays received that week.  A “week” means 12:00:01 AM ET Monday through 11:59:59 PM EDT the following Sunday during the Promotion Period.  After a week’s instant prize has been determined (which can occur any time during the week) no further weekly prize will be available for the remainder of that week.

 

Monthly Instant Win Prizes:  One monthly instant prize winner will be randomly selected during each complete calendar month during the Promotion Period based on timing of game plays received that month.  After a month’s instant prize has been determined (which can occur any time during the month) no further monthly prize will be available for the remainder of that month.

 

The instant win portion of this promotion will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final.  Judging organization’s computer is official clock for the promotion.  Limit one Instant Win prize per person.  All valid game plays are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

 

Grand Prize Drawing:  Each time you properly submit a valid game play during the Promotion Period you will receive one entry in the Grand Prize Drawing.  One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries on or about July 15, 2009 by the independent judging organization.  Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight express or regular mail.

 

Canadian prize claimants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to receive a prize. The question will be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time.  Each potential winner may be required to sign, notarize and return within 10 days of receipt to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release.  Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.   All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the Official Rules.  Any unclaimed instant win game prize will not be awarded.  If the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner cannot or declines to accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.  Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. 

 

Right to cancel or suspend PROMOTION

 

If for any reason  any aspect of this promotion, including the instant win game and sweepstakes,  is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tampers with the entry process, and /or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or any portion thereof and select winner(s) in a fair and equitable manner determined in its sole discretion from among all entries unaffected by the problem.
